The NCTC CARES (Campus Assessment Response Evaluation Services) Team addresses behavior that may be disruptive, harmful, and/or pose a threat to the health and safety of the NCTC community - such as stalking, harassment, physical or emotional abuse, violent or threatening behavior, or self-harm.
All students have the ability to report concerning behavior that could impact their own safety and/or the safety of another NCTC student by completing the CARES Report/ Referral Form. Please call 911 if there is an immediate threat.
Students may report or request assistance related to sexual harassment, misconduct, or assault through the NCTC Title IX Office. Please call 911 if there is an immediate threat.
The NCTC Counseling & Wellness Office maintains several web pages with content related to safety, health, and wellness (Community Resources) as well as TimelyCare information. Students may also send a non-emergency message to counseling@nctc.edu during NCTC business hours for questions regarding counseling services and resources.
