CNBT 1359 - Project Scheduling
A study of conventional scheduling using critical-path-method, precedence networks, bar charts, monthly reports, and fast-track scheduling.
Learning Outcomes: Upon successful completion, students will be able to:
- Prepare flow chart diagrams using the precedence networks.
- Utilize the “forward pass” and “back pass” in-scheduling procedures.
- Construct bar charts.
- Calculate critical paths in scheduling.
