EMSP 1338 - Introduction to Advanced Practice



Fundamental elements associated with emergency medical services include preparatory practices, pathophysiology, medication administration, and related topics.

Learning Outcomes: Upon successful completion, students will be able to:

  • Describe the roles and responsibilities of EMS personnel.
  • Apply concepts of pathophysiology and pharmacology to the assessment and management of emergency patients.
