CETT 1429 - Solid State Devices
A study of diodes, transistor characteristics and other semiconductor devices, including analysis of static and dynamic characteristics, biasing techniques, and thermal considerations.
Learning Outcomes: Upon successful completion, students will be able to:
- Analyze various solid-state devices and circuits, including BJT/FET, bias and amplification.
- Construct circuits to test; and troubleshoot various solid-state devices.
