NCTC’s non-credit Human Resources Occupational Skills Award (OSA) is designed to prepare students to pursue a career in the field of human resources. Students will focus on the functions of a human resources department in small- to mid-sized companies. Students will learn practical information needed to perform the daily tasks required by today’s human resources professional.
