Partnering for Success: NCTC has teamed up with U.S. Aviation Academy in Denton to deliver a fully accredited, FAA-approved program at state-of-the-art labs and facilities at U.S. Aviation and the NCTC Denton Campus.

Choose Your Path: Whether you’re looking for focused training or a comprehensive degree, we have options to fit your goals:

Choose between:

  • Airframe Level 1 Certificate: Master the skills to maintain and repair aircraft structures.
  • Powerplant Level 1 Certificate: Become proficient in engine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Aviation Maintenance Associate of Applied Science

Upon completion of the Aviation Airframe Level I Certificate, you will be able to:

  • Complete the FAA Airframe license examination.
  • Apply a strong understanding of aviation electrical systems and science.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair critical aircraft systems - including electrical, hydraulic, and fuel.
  • Understand FAA inspection methods for airframes and powerplants.

Flexible Learning: Our program offers convenient learning options - face-to-face, hybrid, and online - allowing you to balance education with your life. The Level I Certificates can be completed in as little as one year (two semesters).

State-of-the-Art Training: Technical coursework is conducted at the labs at the U.S. Aviation Academy facility and the NCTC Denton Campus, providing hands-on experience with industry-leading equipment and techniques.
