NCTC’s non-credit Child Development Occupational Skills Award (OSA) prepares students for a career in child development. Program courses will introduce students to the functional areas of child development to include health and safety, learning environments, ways to support social and emotional development, positive guidance, problem solving, time management, and record keeping.
