Students learn a variety of horticultural techniques such as cultivation techniques, Integrated Pest Management, holistic horticultural approaches, soil science, and irrigation. A capstone exam will be administered to complete the program. Industry certifications may be earned through this certificate. This certificate has the option of being completed completely online.
Upon completion of the Landscape Management Level I Workforce Certificate, students will be able to:
- Manage horticultural crops.
- Apply horticulture design.
- Communicate horticultural strategies.
