AIRP 1313 - Introduction to Aviation


A study of the historical development of the aviation industry, including key events in civil, military, and space exploration and an overview of legislation relating to aviation.

Learning Outcomes: Upon successful completion, students will be able to:

  • Discuss the development of civil and military aviation from balloons to space flight.
  • Recall the historical legislation affecting aviation.
