HART 1341 - Residential Air Conditioning



A study of components, applications, and installation of mechanical air conditioning systems including operating conditions, troubleshooting, repair, and charging of air conditioning systems.

Learning Outcomes: Upon successful completion, a student will be able to:

  • Identify various types of system applications.
  • Perform charging, recovery, and evacuation procedures of an installed system.
  • Perform component and part diagnostics and replacement.
  • Perform system maintenance.
