Culinary Non-Credit, OSA


NCTC’s non-credit Culinary Occupational Skills Award (OSA) is designed for anyone interested in pursuing a career in the foodservice industry. Program courses cover the organization and responsibilities of food service departments, safety, personal hygiene and sanitation, menu planning, purchasing and storing of food, food preparations and service.
