NCTC’s non-credit Real Estate Occupational Skills Award (OSA) prepares students to pursue a career as a Texas real estate sales agent. Students will complete the six qualifying real estate courses required by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) to take the state and national real estate examinations.
